WE CELEBRATE THE SACRAMENTS
- Anointing of the Sick and the
Viaticum
- We celebrate the Communal Anointing of the sick
on the last Saturday of the month at the 9:00 am Eucharist. For those
who are preparing to enter the hospital, please call the Parish Center at
669-0068 so that the anointing can be celebrated before entry. For the
Pastoral Care of the Sick and the Dying at Home, please also call the Parish
Center.

- Baptism
- For those seeking Baptism, we offer three
opportunities for discernment and preparation:
 | Infants
- Parents are requested to call at least two months before child's birth for
an appointment with a Priest or Deacon to make arrangements. New Parents'
Instruction Class is held on the 2nd
Friday of the month from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the O'Connell Room. We baptize
every Sunday at 1:30 pm. |

Children of Catechetical
Age - Parents can all the Catholic Faith Formation office at 631-587-4717
to join our preparation program
with their children. We begin in the fall and baptize at the Easter
Vigil and on Pentecost Sunday. |
 | Adults -
Interested adults who desire Baptism or completion of the Sacraments of
Initiation (Confirmation or Eucharist) can call the Parish Center to inquire
about the Rite of Christian
Initiation of Adults (RCIA). |

- Call the Parish Center

- Matrimony
- Couples desiring to celebrate the Sacrament of
Marriage should call the Parish Center to make an appointment to speak with
a Priest or Deacon. No arrangements can be made by
telephone. For a more detailed description of our program for marriage

- Penance
- We celebrate Communal Services in Advent and
Lent and Individual Penance on Saturdays from 4:00 to 4:45 pm in the Church.
Other opportunities can be arranged by calling a priest at the Parish Center.
